Junior Handicap Regatta 2000

	Twenty-four Juniors manned three highly competitive
	vessels for the Junior Handicap Regatta.

	After two races, just before the wind died, the
	standings were (in alphabetical order):

		Heartbeat   2   2   4

		Java        3   1   4

		Lesson #1   1   3   4 

	The Race Committee held "serious discussions and
	deliberations" in the "Official" Committee Room
	at the west end of the upper deck of the Club and
	decided that the ties were unbreakable and hence
	EVERYBODY was in First Place and won the Regatta.
